NAVIGATION SQUARE

G-Net was assigned to provide a range of 3D visualisation services, including a promotional animated feature, for this exciting new development. Designed by Henry J Lyons, this fourth-generation office complex at Navigation Square is the largest of its kind to be launched in Cork’s commercial city centre. The construction meets Gold LEED standards in energy efficiency and the complex was created to supply general office space for use by a variety of business and technology companies. The Navigation Square development comprises four different office building models, each containing variously sized floor areas, ranging from 7,000 sq ft up to 22,500 sq ft. Considerable care was taken when developing the building exteriors and window systems to ensure each individual element was presented clearly as well as part of a coherent overall scheme. The team at G-Net was proud to be associated with this striking new development in Cork city.
