G-Net are pleased to have been involved in the new JCD Group development with creating CGIs and animation video of 250,000 sq ft of office building at Penrose Quay in Cork City’s Docklands. Penrose Dock has been designed by one of Ireland’s leading architectural firms Wilson Architecture. . The proposed Penrose Dock development will be a landmark development on the North Quays consisting of two individual buildings totalling over 238,440 sq ft of net lettable Grade A office space. The develomplent will be a major investment in the city and strengthens Cork’s standing as a prime location for foreign direct investment.
