Navigation Square is the largest and most significant office development to be undertaken in Cork City’s commercial centre. Designed by Henry J. Lyons, the fourth generation offices are designed to Gold LEED energy efficiency standards, and will provide general office accommodation, space for a range of business and technology uses with a mix of floor areas ranging from 22,500 to 7,000 sq. feet. Navigation Square comprises four new office blocks each of which is designed differently. Facade and window systems are carefully considered to give clarity of form to each building and to the scheme as a whole. Navigation Square opens the way for large scale foreign direct or indigenous investment projects and for alternative uses requiring adaptive, business-friendly space.
